In support of Oakhill Elementary School, U-46. Their support brought the "Best Start for Families" program to the parents of Streamwood.
DuPage County Probation Dept. Through his work, he has secured for CCWF a grant to partner with DuPage Corrections, Serenity House, and PATH Substance Abuse Rehabilitation centers.

In recognition of facilitating over 500 "Best Start" Sessions and over 1000 hours served.

He has been a "Best Start" Volunteer Facilitator for 7 Parenting Program Series over 5 years in the Kane County Adult Justice Center (jail), surpassing 225 hours, in our most challenging program.
Torin is recognized as our first CCWF Graduate Student Fellow. He has provided generous time, enthusiasm and especially program evaluation talent, working in partnership with our Volunteer Statistician Amy Eccher and our Education Team on the statistical analysis of our programs.
